Phase 1 - Concept drawings assist evaluation of the design, identify any potential engineering issues and help in the development of initial construction drawings.
Phase 2 - A virtual reality render of the concept is produced to refine the concept and move towards final construction drawings being issued.
Phase 2 - Construction drawings are issued for builders to follow.
Phase 3 - Construction is supervised on site to ensure design intent is achieved.
Aquatic Experience Design
The most compelling aquatic environments don’t decorate a space. They replace it. A guest walks in and, for as long as they stay, they are in another universe.
The underwater restaurant that few know how to deliver viably. The structures that defy gravity. The living pool where you swim with nature, not chemicals. The living coral reef that thrives in the desert. The rooms divided by walls of water.

Living Art
Most artificial marine environments are theatre — a reef on opening night, still pretending to be one a decade later, quietly degrading behind the glass.
Reefscape builds living art. Our environments are biologically real: they colonise, they mature, they get richer. The reef is more beautiful in year ten than on opening day.
That is the difference between a guest looking at an aquarium and a guest forgetting they are in a building.

A child stands beneath a crocodile. At Lone Pine, children surface inside an acrylic dome in the middle of a saltwater crocodile pool. That moment exists because the acrylic was engineered for a 1,100kg animal striking at speed — certified by Mordue Engineering to a factor of safety of 11.2.
Guests swim above the skyline. Eleven acrylic windows across two rooftop pools at the Le Méridien Riyadh — certified to PVHO-1, the standard used for submarine viewports.
A restaurant beneath the water. Two underwater restaurants and a full site viability study for Pinnacle Solutions Myanmar, developed with Mike Murphy, who designed the world’s first.
A shipwreck between two rooms. Thirty thousand litres inside a finished Toorak home — every element, including a four-metre battleship, through a single 800mm doorway.

Specialist Aquatic Input
We come in at concept, while change is still cheap. Your design intent stays the fixed point — we develop options around it that draw on fifteen years of what actually shapes a visitor’s experience once the water is in. You leave with a richer concept that is still unmistakably yours.
Parallel Structural Analysis
As your team coordinates the design, we run our own specialist aquatic and structural analysis alongside it — loads, water, containment, glass. Our engineers certify the aquatic scope; yours certify the building. The hard constraints surface here, on paper, rather than later on site.
Life-Support & Systems Design
Life support, filtration, water treatment — the systems that keep the environment alive and running long after opening night. This is the part most never see, and most cannot deliver. It is where an aquatic environment stops being a picture and becomes a functioning ecology.
Build, Install & Handover
We oversee build or install it ourselves and see it through to completion — your design intent carried all the way through construction, not handed off at the drawing. You get the environment, not just a specification for it.
